slither.io Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern all use of our website, mobile applications, game servers, online services, and any related software or network infrastructure (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to the terms below.
You may not decompile, disassemble, translate, or attempt to derive the source code of any part of the Services. You may not reverse engineer, probe, or try to reconstruct or duplicate any portion of the Services' internal logic, algorithms, or operation. You may not use tools, software, scripts, or any other methods to observe, intercept, capture, or modify the behavior of the Services in any way outside of normal, intended use.
The Services rely on a proprietary, confidential, and non-public network protocol ("Proprietary Protocol"). You may not analyze, monitor, sniff, decode, trace, reverse engineer, imitate, emulate, reproduce, or attempt to recreate any aspect of this protocol. You may not develop or use any software, tool, client, bot, script, or other mechanism that attempts to communicate with, send data to, receive data from, or otherwise interact with our servers except through the official software we provide. You may not attempt to bypass, interfere with, or circumvent any server-side security, authentication, anti-cheat, or connection-integrity systems.
You may not create, distribute, or operate any third-party applications, clients, emulators, scripts, bots, plugins, modifications, websites, APIs, services, or other mechanisms that connect to, interact with, replicate, mimic, or attempt to connect to the Services or the Proprietary Protocol. This includes any software or service intended to replace or imitate the official application, connect to game servers, interact with gameplay or players, or provide unauthorized access, automation, or network communication of any kind.
We may suspend or terminate access for users that violates these Terms of Service. We may block IP addresses, device identifiers, or other connection methods used in connection with prohibited conduct. We may also take legal action and seek remedies including injunctions, damages, and recovery of costs arising from unauthorized access, reverse engineering, protocol analysis, or any other prohibited activity.
All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by us. Nothing in these Terms of Service grants you any rights in our software, code, network protocol, or proprietary systems, nor does it grant any license to access our servers except through official channels.
